• Fence pricing is based on linear footage, type, number of posts, terrain and number of entry gates.
  
• Common fencing types are: Vinyl, Pressure Treated Lumber and Cedar.
  
• Vinyl is most expensive, but requires no further maintenance. 
  
• Pressure-Treated Lumber and Cedar will need to be stained or painted, with further maintenance as time passes.
  
• Pressure-Treated fencing will require a "weathering-out" period before being painted or stained.​
• Fence builds will require permits, inspections, utility clearances, and a Plat of Survey.
