There are physical requirements that are vital to perform the job functions:
Lift at least 50 pounds of equipment.
Be able to dig trenches or remove concrete post sets.
Climb a 40 foot ladder-scaffold.
Work in close proximity to insects or rodents.
Must be able to remove and install fiberglass insulation
Many tools are provided, but personal tools are preferred and maintenance is paid for.

We are looking for individuals with a motivated attitude and extensive experience in professional renovation. Our projects are various, so there are many valuable skills that you will be using on-site. We are currently looking for experienced crew members. A willingness to lead, learn and a can-do attitude are a must!
As a small-business, we are interested in people who are serious about professional remodeling. We’d hope that you could grow professionally as our company grows. If you are just hoping for some temporary handyman work on the weekends, this is NOT the opportunity for you. We’re looking for a FULL TIME 40 hours per week team member, Monday through Friday, who is just as passionate about the quality of work as we are. We observe all major holidays, seldom work weekends and are very flexible with personal and family time. We value friendship and camaraderie as much as profits at Refreshing Renovations.
